Safety first with these stylish and sturdy new fully insulated safety work boots from Laser Tools. With automotive technicians now frequently working with hybrid and fully electric vehicles, these have been designed as comfortable and hard wearing safety workshop boots (rated at EN ISO 20345:2011 for safety toe protection) with the added protection of an electrically insulated outer sole rated at EN ISO 50321, Class 0 — 1000V. Additionally the boots meet the standard of ASTM F2413-18 performance requirements for protective safety toe cap footwear.

 

These boots can be worn for every day workshop use, safe in the knowledge of the high voltage protection if required. As well as being insulated, the high-performance rubber outer sole is slip-resistant and heat resistant to 300°C. The safety composite inner sole is puncture resistant, protecting the feet from sharp objects, while remaining lightweight and flexible. Then the anti-fatigue memory-foam insole maintains comfort all day.

 

The super-strong composite toe cap offers 20.4 kilogram-force/metre protection, and as there is no metal in the construction of the boots, they will not set off metal detectors, which is a useful timesaver in certain situations. Underneath the full leather upper is a waterproof and breathable membrane, keeping your feet dry and comfortable all day. The boots are finished off with a sturdy heel support and guard, protecting the heel and tendon area, plus a wear-resistant tow cover for durability.
